Shipping Policy:

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. 

Atlanta Pick-Ups: Only select this option if you're willing to meet at a public location to pick up your order. Location and time will be chosen by Mae Way.

USPS Parcel Select Ground: 2 to 8 business days to receive package, not including our processing time.

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days to receive package, not including our processing time.

You must report your item as damaged within 24 hours of delivery to receive a refund or exchange.

If you input an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to change your address. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package. 

If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once the item is in the possession of the USPS, please contact USPS and inquire.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to 48 hours once shipped.

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment processing is complete. Orders made after 3:00 P.M on Friday will ship Monday. Orders made on the weekends will also ship Monday.

Please double check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. 

Carriers:

We use USPS to deliver our orders. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service to ensure that your package in insured. Insurance is to protect against lost or damaged packages during shipping. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS. (First-Class packages are NOT insured.)

Lost or Stolen Packages:

MaeWay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, MaeWay will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped via USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.

All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of our products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country.

International orders can take 2-5 days processing time before shipping.

International orders are exempt from price adjustments and free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking:

When the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
